A Well-rounded Circular Experience
APCER is a joint effort of the government and the civic society. The organizer dedicated themselves in circular designs and the whole planning was aligned with "reduction-service recycling- remanufacturing". The spirit of circular economy is well-implemented throughout the whole event. Thus, the event can be named as the best role model for the circular economy event in Taiwan.
